What are the Math and Science Editors?

The Math and Science Editors are used to input mathematical and scientific notation into Online RoundTables with ease. Both Editors have 10 different tabs that provide various symbols and equation types.

The Math Editor's main tab includes the major mathematical operation symbols and equations that allow you to input values. The Science Editor's main tab includes major element symbols such as Hydrogen and Oxygen, as well as arrows for various reaction types that allow you to input catalysts and/or conditions. Both Editors' main tabs allow you to change the size, font, and color.

How to Use the Math and Science Editors

Math Editor:

When editing an Online RoundTable, select the icon shown above to access the Math Editor: MathType.

MathType can be used for a variety of purposes in the Content & Multimedia or Discussion Question sections of an Online RoundTable.

Science Editor:

When editing an Online RoundTable, select the icon shown above to access the Science Editor: ChemType.
