1. Review the prompt

The RoundTable your teacher has prepared will be on the left side of your screen. Your submission box will be on the right.

Your Secret Identity 🔍

  • Select My secret identity is...to read about the alias you will be participating under. This anonymity feature can help you feel more comfortable when sharing your ideas on a subject.

  • If you don't have a secret identity section then that means you will not have an alias.

View Assessment Criteria / Points ✏️

  • Select View Criteria in the top right corner to review the criteria your teacher will be assessing you on in this discussion.

  • If they set a max number of points, you can see these as well.

2. Submit your response

Review the discussion questions and any instructions your teacher might have provided. Follow these instructions to complete your submission.

As you're writing your submission Parlay will be auto-saving your work. You can also select Save at the bottom at any time.

On the top sidebar, you can customize your text and you can include other types of media to support your ideas such as:

  1. Add links, images, pdfs, and videos

  2. Insert emojis

  3. Insert a table

  4. Access math and science editors


3. Join the discussion

When you're ready to submit your ideas and join the discussion, select Submit Response at the bottom.
