There are two main types of Parlay discussions:

1. The Online RoundTable - Written Discussion - Asynchronous or Synchronous

A written, online discussion where students can anonymously share their ideas, and comment on each others. Individual and class wide data about the discussion is available. Click here to see a clickable interactive demo of the Online RoundTable.

2. The Live RoundTable - Verbal Discussion - Synchronous

This is a verbal discussion. Students tap in when they have something to say and verbally share their ideas. As a teacher, you can assess, nudge, next out polls. This is a great way to provide multiple entry points for students to participate in a synchronous discussion. In a remote setting, you run the Live discussion in conjunction with Google Meets or Zoom in the background (for audio).
